As we were talking this past Sunday on Episode #4 of Barstool Rockers, Deep Purple is heading out on tour later this year, and the title seems a bit, terminal. Long Goodbye. Yes, the members of the band aren't getting younger but their music is what we mean when we talk about it being timeless. The music they make is what defines Classic Rock. To me, Classic Rock isn't a term about the 'age' of a song but the sound and the feel of a song. There's a certain vibe that you can't exactly put your finger on, but you know it when you hear it.
