Check Out The Documentary on '99 Woodstock Disaster Coming to HBO Max

HBO Max is recounting the chaos that was Woodstock ‘99. The festival is the focus of a new documentary premiering July 23rd, “Woodstock 99: Peace, Love and Rage.”

Korn, Limp Bizkit, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Kid Rock, Metallica, Dave Matthews Band, Alanis Morissette,and more hit the stage of the festival in July 1999. Despite the killer lineup, the weekend quickly turned chaotic, between the excessive heat, $4 water bottles, sexual assault, and broken porta-potties, the crowd turned on the festival and lit bonfires and destroyed property.
